How do I sync my trades across devices?
Create an account using your email address and sign in on each device. Your trades, journal entries, and preferences will sync automatically. The iOS app and web app use the same account โ sign in with the same email on both.
Can I import trades from my broker?
Yes. Go to the Trades screen and click "Import CSV." PnLStack accepts CSV exports from most brokers including Webull, Tastytrade, Interactive Brokers, and TD Ameritrade. The importer auto-detects common column formats.
How do I log a trade for a past date?
On the Dashboard, click any date on the calendar โ this opens the Log Trade form with that date pre-filled. You can also tap the date row at the top of the Log Trade form to pick any past date using the calendar picker.
What does the AI Coach analyse?
The AI Coach analyses your last 30 days of trades and surfaces patterns including: win rate by strategy, best and worst times of day, consecutive loss streaks, profit factor trends, and expectancy. It runs entirely within the app โ your data is never sent to an external AI service.
How do partial exits and multi-leg trades work?
In Advanced log mode, scroll to the "Exit Legs" section and add individual exit legs with their quantity and price. PnLStack calculates P&L proportionally across your trims and shows the open/closed position status. Partially closed positions appear with an "OPEN" badge in your trades list.
Is my trading data private?
Yes. Your trade data is private by default and accessible only to you. We use row-level database security so your data is cryptographically isolated from other users. We do not share or sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I export all my data?
Yes. Go to Settings โ Data โ "Export trades as CSV." This exports all your trades with full detail including ticker, instrument type, entry/exit prices, P&L, strategy tags, and notes. You own your data and can export it at any time.
How do I set trading rules and daily goals?
Go to Settings โ Goals to set weekly, monthly, and yearly P&L targets. Under Trading Rules, you can configure a max trades per day, max daily loss limit, and max consecutive losses. PnLStack will display a warning when you approach these limits while logging a trade.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription from Settings โ Subscription, or email support@pnlstack.com and we will process it within one business day. If you purchased via the iOS App Store, manage your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
I found a bug โ how do I report it?
Email support@pnlstack.com with a description of what happened, which screen you were on, and your device/browser. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful. We prioritise bug reports and typically fix critical issues within 48 hours.
